The Keys and the Mainland

Sarasota is a very unique location, with beautiful barrier islands that border the mainland. Each island has its own personality, with amenities, beaches, recreation and numerous lifestyle options.

Longboat Key is known for its luxury homes, condos and beach resorts. Longboat is beautifully manicured and offers fine-dining, golf and world-class tennis

Siesta Key is very relaxed, fun and has a beach that is known as one of the top beaches in the world. Siesta Key offers tennis, biking, boating, dining, shopping and long, beautiful sidewalks for runners. This barrier island has become a playground for our athletic residents.

Lido Key - this picturesque location provides the perfect backdrop for dramatic luxury homes created by some of Sarasota's most talented architects and designers. Lido Key offers single family homes, many with private docks, along with carefree condominiums and stunning beaches.

Casey Key is located on the southern end of Sarasota County and provides a more private island, with exclusive luxury waterfront homes. Casey Key is located between Blackburn Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Manasota Key is a very quiet barrier island far from city life. The water views are stunning and with only a two-lane road there is barely any traffic. If you are looking for an area where you can have peace and quiet Manasota Key is the place to look.

Bird Key  is an exclusive gated community of luxury single-family homes, located between Downtown Sarasota and St. Armand’s Circle. Convenient to Downtown Sarasota, it’s moments to renowned St. Armand’s Circle and the beaches of Lido Key.  A true boaters’ paradise, this community features a private Yacht Club, waterfront homes with private docks and great open water access.

St. Armands is located on Lido Key and is very popular among residents and visitors for its outstanding shopping and five-star dining. St. Armands has a small and unique residential community that offers a variety of architectural styles and plays host to a wide variety of cultural activities, special events and festivals throughout the year.
