Casey Key is located on the southern end of Sarasota County and provides a more private island, with exclusive luxury waterfront homes. Casey Key is located between Blackburn Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Manasota Key is a very quiet barrier island far from city life. The water views are stunning and with only a two-lane road there is barely any traffic. If you are looking for an area where you can have peace and quiet Manasota Key is the place to look.

Bird Key is an exclusive gated community of luxury single-family homes, located between Downtown Sarasota and St. Armand’s Circle. Convenient to Downtown Sarasota, it’s moments to renowned St. Armand’s Circle and the beaches of Lido Key. St. Armands is located on Lido Key and is very popular among residents and visitors for its outstanding shopping and five-star dining. St. Armands has a small and unique residential community that offers a variety of architectural styles and plays host to a wide variety of cultural activities, special events and festivals throughout the year.
